Working experiences
- Derrick is currently operating a cross-boarder real estate fund in HCMC, which focus on industrial property market in greater HCMC area. The portfolio of the RE fund also covers different cities such as Bangkok, Chiang, Malacca, Hanoi, Binh Duong, HCMC, and Taipei. He has participated in the deals of industrial property development, mixed used development, and land banking projects among the cities above.
- Derrick has worked for JLL Taiwan for more than 6 years, and he has executed the real estate deals at the total value of 450 million and hundreds leasing cases. His expertise is in deal sourcing, feasibility analysis, office leasing, investment assessment, and fundraising.
- Experienced in managing commercial and retail properties which have total value over 400 million USD with hundreds tenancies when working for AIG Taiwan.
