Le is the founder and managing partner of LM Capital. He has also served as board member of Sonkim Land, FIT Group and VPC Pharimexco.
Prior to LM Capital, Le had 8 years with PVI Holdings oversight an investment portfolio of the group. He held various senior positions including Head of Investment, Head of Strategy & Planning at PVI Holdings and also CFO at PVI Sun Life. Le also was Relationship Manager with HSBC Vietnam where he was involved in Corporate banking.
